Below is our rental application. Please print and fill out the application. Once completed, feel free to drop it off at our office or mail it to our address at 104 S. Randolph Ave, Elkins, WV 26241. Application must include $30 application fee per tenant over the age of 18.  We also require a copy of your driver's license of ID.  We accept cash, check, or money orders. Checks and money orders are to be made payable to: Holland Enterprises, LLC.
